These terms govern your use of the AutoflowMarket platform and the purchase of automation workflows. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing AutoflowMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates effective upon posting.

Ownership & Rights

  • Exclusive Authority: AutoflowMarket holds full right and authority to sell and distribute the workflows provided on this platform.
  • Modification Allowed: You are encouraged to modify, customize, and adapt the purchased workflows to fit your specific business needs.
  • No Resale: You are strictly prohibited from selling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the workflows (original or modified) to third parties.

License Grant

  • Buy Once, Use Forever: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use and modify the workflow as per your needs, including deployment for multiple clients.
  • Self-Hosted: You are responsible for hosting and managing the n8n instances where workflows are deployed.

Refund Policy

  • Limited Eligibility: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only initiated if the delivered file is proven to be broken or blank.
  • Reporting Issues: Any technical issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a review.
  • Final Sale: All other sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed.

User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use our workflows for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Limitation of Liability

  • Workflows are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our workflows.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific workflow in question.
